Jael Rivas

Executive Director, Tadaca Educational Solutions, LLC

Jael Rivas is an enthusiastic educator, with a passion for creating classrooms and communities that foster inclusivity, curiosity, innovation and a lifelong love for learning. She holds Bachelors in History from Fordham University, a Masters of Arts in Teaching from Fordham University’s Graduate School of Education, an Ed.S. with a concentration in Teaching and Learning from Liberty University and a MEd in Educational Leadership from Bank Street Graduate School of Education. In addition, she is involved in many areas of education, including International Baccalaureate (IB), Micro-certifications/ competency-based certifications, Global Competency Programs, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), Social and Emotional Learning (SEL), and Systems and Community Building. She works for Yonkers Public Schools and is the founder of Tadaca Educational Solutions LLC, a research-based supplemental education provider, seeking to bridge the gap between research and practice. Jael is also the proud mother of three wonderful boys.
